AS BlueOrange Bank mobile app Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides information on the processing and protection by AS BlueOrange Bank of personal data of natural persons and applies to BlueOrange FX app for Demo account users.
On other forex services of AS BlueOrange Bank for Clients who have agreements for forex services, information on the processing and data protection by AS BlueOrange Bank is provided in Banks Personal Data Processing Policy.
By continuing to access and use Demo account, you expressly confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Personal Data may be collected from the Data Subject, from the Client’s activities relating to the use of services (for example, cookies, IP addresses, authentication), and from external sources, such as public and private registers or third parties.
Information you may provide or have provided for demo account:
Natural persons identification data – name, surname.
Contact information – telephone number, e-mail address; country.
Customer support. You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.
Automatically collected information
Usage and log information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Demo account), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
Device and connection information. We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers.
Status information. We collect information your last login data used in our Demo account (your “last seen status”), and when you last updated your status message.
Android Advertising ID. AS BlueOrange Bank uses advertising identifiers in a manner that is not connected to personally-identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier without explicit consent of the user.

We use all the information we have to help us provide, improve, understand, customise, support.
No third-party banner ads. We do not allow third-party banner ads on BlueOrange FX app. We have no intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.
2. Information transfer and sharing
You share your information as you use and communicate through our Demo account in BlueOrange FX app, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, our Demo account in BlueOrange FX app. When it is necessary, Personal data may be transferred to third countries, as specified in this Privacy Policy.
Third-party providers. We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, our BlueOrange FX app. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in accordance with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.
BlueOrange FX app created and maintained by the third party (hereinafter – Platform`s Entity). You are aware and agree that information can be disclosed to and processed by Platform`s Entity partially or in full amount. Such information transfer may have cross-border character.
3. Assignment, change of control, and transfer
Law and protection. We may collect, use, preserve, and share your information if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) security, or technical issues; or
(b) protect the rights, property, and safety of our clients or others.
Processor. A partner (both natural and legal person) which processes Personal Data on behalf of and in favour of the controller.
4. Managing information
Your rights:
• Upon written request, you may receive a copy of your personal data that are processed by us. If such request is excessive or repetitive, we may refuse to provide you with copy of your personal data and we may request a reasonable fee taking into account the necessary resources for preparing such copy;
• You may request us to correct your personal data;
• You may request us to erase your personal data to the extent permitted by law and other regulation applicable to us;
• You may restrict the processing of your personal data by us to the extent permitted by law and other regulation applicable to us;
• You have the right to receive your personal data in structured, commonly used and electronic format as well as to transmit it to another controller;
All aforementioned rights should be exercised in good faith and on written request basis.
